Diffs and overdrives 120-130

Hello all,
I have just spent the afternoon taking out an overdrive and gearbox etc from an old 1969 b20 133.
I intend to slide them into my 1970 b20 131. Quick question; is there a difference in the diff ratios
between the two cars ( I have a feeling there is), enough for me to need to swap the diff too?
If I don't swap the diff, what will the effect be?
Sorry, I am not the best at ratios etc, thanks a lot for any and all help.
Best,
David White
