I'm pretty sure that many of you saw this kit on eBay back about Christmas time.

I'm wondering if everyone was asleep at the wheel or perhaps just caught up in the holiday rush? I got the whole batch for less than $25, which is less than you'd expect to pay for just the Uni-Syn!

The photo on eBay is an odd file type that I can't convert to show here, but the 'kit' consists of three vinyl cases with various tools inside, and a Uni-Syn.

After the stuff got here, I discovered that one kit (the red one) is for Stromberg carbs, and of the two black sets for the S.U., one is complete and the other is partial.

Although I can do everything needed without these tools, after reading the instructions, I can see how much easier and more exact my carb setup and tuning can be.

Looking at them, I think just about anyone could make a set for themselves, given photos and dimensions of each tool.

If there's enough interest, I can shoot good photos and take precise measurements of each piece, plus scan the instructions booklet.

I have no use for the Stromberg kit, but it is complete. I may use it one day or send it back through eBay.

Let me know if you have any interest in these tools and I'll get busy with my camera and micrometer.
