Replacing Heatercore/ Extracting Ac Evaporator problems.. 200 1990

Hi there all
Well I've made it pretty far on this crazy heater core replacement project, thanks to you guys and a little blood sweat and tears.. My newest dilemna is how to take out the ac evap. without breaking the darn thing. I have the heater unit detached from everything but that ac evap, i have it out and twisted counter-clockwise as shown on the cleanflametrap.com site. I'm not sure if its just a question of tugging it out, prying it out, pushing it out from the other side,(if possible)or what. Any input would be greatly appreciated.
thanks
cp
