RPM guage install 200

Well, after repairing a misbehaving cluster, I bought an OEM small RPM gauge. Just to prevent working and fidling around the cluster ever again.
The thing is, I heard around that this is just a plug and read. I know that the white/red stripe wire is coming from the coil, but the gauge have 4 connectors. The connectors are marker as G + - and another one. with no visible marks and the light wires.
Where each wire go?
Why in the FAQ there is no info regarding this type of installation?
