Cruise Control won't engage all of a sudden. 900 1993

Vladmir, my 740 quit and it turned out to be a hole in the rubber vaccum cruise control servo under the hood. To check it , just pull the vacuum hose off the back, squeeze the air out, then put your finger over the hole you removed the hose from. It should not refill and stay collapsed if it is patent. If the servo expands back out with your finger over the hole, then you have a bad servo. The diaphragm inside can develop a hole over time. Good luck.
