Intermittent brakes on 1993 240 DL 200 1993

A few weeks i posted my problem with having intermittent brakes, after two master cylinders, bleading the brakes as it was suggested, inspecting for fluid leaks. The problem is still there. I will drive the car for about 20 miles and the brakes work fine, than i will go to stop the car and the pedal will go to the floor. If i turn the car off and pump the brake pedal then the pedal will be to the top and be ok for few more miles. If i let the car run than the brake pedal will never come to the top it alway's goes to the floor. While i am pumping the brake pedal a noise will come from the Brake Booster area and the engine will start skipping.
Any help will be appreciated. Thanks in advance.
