My 240 dl has a freon leak and I am capable of repairing it but I will probally dump the car if it is comming from the evaporator. I really do not want to take the dash apart. All other component I have no problem changing. My question is how many of you have had a evaporator fail. I have not gotten around to place the dye in and check but wanted some heads up if this is a common failure??
