90-240 Converted leaky air conditioning needs a charge at the begining of each season. Was changed to 134 about 3 years ago.

What is the best way to approach this to get a good tight ac.
The conversion involved dumping the r 12, a vac, added ester oil, recharge.
If I had known what I know now, I would have continued with the r12. But the horse is gone so...
I know some seals need to be replaced, but I need to know exactly what to do.
Can someone help.

Thanks
L.
