Sources for Charcoal Cannister 900 1995

After a gradually increased raw fuel smell at start up, I switched my carbon canister for a spare I salvaged from my junked 86 740. The smell was fixed immediately. However, the smell is returning again and I suspect that my spare 20 year old canister was probably past its "prime"...

Where can I get a new canister? Doesn't seem like a parts-store part, but I've never noticed it at the usual volvo parts site FCP Groton or VLVWorld. I noticed that the canister is stamped "GM" so I figure it's a universal part that has so far eluded me.

Anybody know where I can get a new one (aside from the dealer)??
