Strange warning light behavior 200 1984

Hello all,

Something odd is happening with my 84 245. The alternator and seatbelt warning lights will flash on, and the tach will drop about 1000 rpm's for a few seconds.

It only seems to happen after a hard turn either right or left.

I have not looked at anything yet, the brushes and regulator have seen recent attention, and the battery is new. So I don't suspect a charging problem.

Anyone have any idea of what this might be?

Thanks,
