Please post your results, I would be interested as I plan to start stripping mine soon. I will wet sand to keep the dust out of the air since the garage is also my wifes lapidary shop. I was thinking that I would periodically roll the car out onto the driveway and hose it off but if theres lead in the paint I better get a large bag of rags and use damp rags to remove the dust, keeping them in sealed trash bags.
The paint stripper idea is better and faster, but much more expensive.
