940 Brake junction replacement

The brake junction box is leaking on my 94 940 wagon. I've never replaced one of these. I presume that installing a new one is best, or can they be rebuilt? I haven't seen many for a wagon on line, and they are all in the $200 range. I can't find anything in my shop manuals, so didn't know if there was some kind of special trick to replacing one of these??

I've done fromt rotors and pads plus one caliper on the car several months ago. Brakes work great, just noticed the leak in the last month.

thanks,
Peter
