1996 960 alarm went crazy 900 1996

My alarm system went crazy after I replaced the fuel rail over the weekend. As soon as I hooked back the battery, I noticed the tiny red light on dash blinked faster than usual. The alarm was triggered as soon as I turn the ignition. Other than unhooking the negative battery cable and the sockets to fuel injectors, I did not touch any electric parts. My obdII scanner did not reveal any code. I left the battery unhooked overnight. This morning, as soon as I closed the hood, the alarm was triggered. I ended up to unplug fuse #13 to start the car. What did I do wrong? Any idea is appreciated!
