Hello all,

I have a wee problem..I removed the overdrive from my gearbox to get it out of the car.
Now I cannot get it back on.(Gearbox now off also) I cannot see why not really. Do I have to have some sort of magic alignment? It drops down the shaft as far as the cam, which will then not pass over and onto the spring loaded doodah. I hate it when that happens :)
I am also a bit worried that by turning the gearbox output shaft and the rear o/d flange, seperately, that I have messed up something. Please reassure me that I have not.

As ever, all your help is very much appreciated.
Thanks for any response.
Best,
David White
