The arrow points to the intake manifold and the female connectors look in place. IAC seems to work when I connect a positive lead to the center pin and alternate grounding the outside pins, but weakly, not with the force I remember from years ago that would knock the IAC out of my hand. Could IAC be defective although it registers 40 ohms between outside pins, 20 ohms between center pin and either outside pin, and seems to work but weakly?
