'88 240 Wagon - Another Electrical Gremkin 200

I have another electrical gremlin in my '88 240 wagon. When I switch on the park lights/headlights, the tach dies, the left side instrument panel lighting goes out, and the left turn signal indicator lights up.

I've checked the connections on the instrument panel, and checked/cleaned the grounds to the taillights. Where do I start? Are there any other obvious grounds/connections I need to check? Thanks...
