Downpipe clamp. Where to attach? 120-130

I am putting in a new sport exhaust system by Simons on my B18 Amazon. I have put in a dual downpipe manifold and haven't had any problems. My old single downpipe did not have a clamp on it, I suspect that someone removed it. I am probably missing the bracket that the downpipe was supposed to clamp to, but since I am switching to a dual downpipe system it probably wouldn't have fit anyway. So it looks like I am going to have to fabricate something. The trouble is, I don't know where I am supposed to attach this clamp and bracket. I have read on this board that it is somewhere on the bellhousing, but what bolt? Does it really make a difference? I suppose it is not a good idea to not have the downpipe clamped somewhere. I would appreciate any suggestions.
Thanks,
Tom
