Check engine light came on & engine stalls 200 1993

I have been having a problem with the engine stalling out when I let off the gas. It always happens after I have been driving all day, so I don't think that it is a cold start issue. This has only happened, maybe, five times in the past 8 months. Now just the other day the check engine light came on and I'd like to know if this sounds familiar to anyone.
