240 Woes...

So, the other day I replace my radiator in my 92 240. Almost 30 minutes after finishing, my car breaks down on the highway. Goes from 65mph to almost no power at all in just over a minute. Stalls out eventually as I pull off the side of the highway. Will crank but dies out without applying gas. Leave it on the shoulder for the night.

The next morning, starts right up and gets me about 6 miles down the road before it loses power again and starts sputtering. Pumping gas keeps it running until I can get to my mechanics shop about 5 miles down the road. Everything seemed to be pointing to an MAF sensor problem but upon replacing it, no improvement.

OBD code reads 221 (Lean Mix). Fuel pump replaced about a year ago but filter was not. (Stupid on my part) Oxygen sensor is brand new and sends no codes to OBD. Will idle for varied time periods without any problems. Eventually though, squeels/whines a little and returns to sputtering.(intermittently) Idling in park, will not die out, just stays relatively rough and erratic.

Oil is full and clean. Fuel seems to have a decent pressure. Anybody have any ideas what this sounds like??? I have hit a brick wall with this one. Can't come up with anything else. (possible faulty idle air control valve is where I hung up my hat....)

Any advice is appreciated...
