1989 240GL Wagon, intermittent t backup lights 200

my volvo 240 wagon has developed intermittent backup light outage....

when parked lights work fine...but while moving backup lights will go off and on.


I am seeking opinions on were to start looking, (loose wire, short, switch (neutral start switch / backup light switch)

...etc.

if y'all care car is 1989 240GL wagon about 194K in good shape gets frequent compliments on being as nice and clean as it is (ext/interior is nearly perfect).
