offset 200 1992

You could have the rims machined. Read on.

Or, you could solve the problem like this: adapter will be 5x108 to 5x114.3 with 65mm centerbore on the spindle hub side and 59.6 on the wheel hub side.

The holes in the adapter will be made for 1/2-20 Volvo studs & the actual studs for your new rim could be the same as well.

This, stud size, is an important thing.

You need to figure out what size hole is in the rim. Will a 1/2" stud fit through the lug hole? If not, you'll run the appropriate stud and have to carry different sockets (or whatever tool & wrenches) in your trunk to remove the rims.

Your only issue is the offset. At 35mm you only need a 15mm spacer to make up the room.

More importantly, you will NEED at least a 25mm adapter to hide the lug nut so that it recesses into (or inside of) the spacer. The acorn lug that holds the adapter to you Volvo hib is about 22-24 mm tall. Surely, it cant stick out of the adapter.

You could get the rims machined but changing the offset and other dimensions make whatever you plan on using a bad choice IMO.

I run adapters and FWD Volvo rims on my car 25mm front/32mm rear so I have some experience in this area.
