I give up...taking it to the mechanic...no start issues 200

I can't figure out whats going on with the brick, I think I have to go to the volvo mechanic and drop some big bucks...help?!?!
When its below 40 degrees, the car starts like a champ. When its over 50 degrees or when you need to restart it after its been off for 2 minutes to 2 hours it either won't start or will sputter to a start. I used to be able to give it gas and it would idle out and be fine, now I try to start it and jump out and manually push the trottle to give it gas, the gas peddle doesn't work! I have checked the AMM, the fuel injectors, the o2 sensor was changed last year and there don't seem to be any vacuum leaks. My ECU is the white label 561. Whats going with the sick brick?
