That Micro Switch that will not let me shift out of park S90-V90 1998

My S90 is suffering from the same "Cant get it out of park" symptom.
But as some have posted there are three possible causes.
Ignition switch contact plate, brake pedal switch, and the console microswitch.
I try it each morning when it is cold. 10 degrees to 30 degrees.
The most frequent cure is to wiggle the key in the ignition.
So I am concluding it is the contact plate.

I have not ruled out the brake switch but I cannot see if brake lights are on.
In any case the ignition switch is the first thing in line, so if it is not transferring the power to the relay, there might not be brake lights anyway. I have not yet worked that out, but every cold morning gives me additional information.
