Idle question 700 1990

Well I have cleaned the TB in the past and adjusted the TPS and idle base but it still has alwasys done that, I'm going to to check the connector beind the TPS because that could very well be broken. Thanks


ALso when people say the butterfly has to be completely shut, I never know if that means where if you held it up to a bright light and looked through it you wouldn't be able to see any light. Or if that just means as closed as it physically will let you, because my is completely shut but it's not flush with the body
