Mikunis, Holly FPR and TOO MUCH FUEL. 120-130

Finally installed the Holly fpr (1-4 psi) to control fuel to carbs, and now the rear Mikuni is overflowing out of the vent hole. This is the pre Holly problem I had.

What the manual, which is actually for a motorcycle, says for “possible causes” is:
1.Foreign matter around fuel needle valve & seat including paint flakes, rust or bits of fuel hose.
2.Factory one-way tank vents can cause pressure build-up.
3.Deteriorated gasoline may cause the fuel needle valet to stick.

Question: How do I adjust the Holly to 1 or 2 psi? It seems it can be done with the adjustment fixture on the top. It's a steering box type set up.

Thanks
