Front Caliper Through-Bolts -- Tightening Torque 200 1983

Hi all,

My left front caliper on our 245 GL developed a slight leak, also made a "clunk" on releasing the brakes, so I ordered a rebuilt unit ("Prostop" I think).

Picked up the rebuilt caliper today; when checking it over, I noticed that the through-bolt at the top of the caliper (nearest the bleeder valve) wasn't seated--there was about 0.5mm between the caliper and the bolt head.

I checked both the Bentley and Haynes manuals--not much information except for the Haynes caution: " . . . do not attempt to separate the two halves as reassembling them is a factory job needing specialized equipment."

I'd like to think that there's no issue with the rebuilt unit (that they didn't forget to put in new o-rings, etc.), except for needing to tighten that bolt . . . anybody know the torque value?

Oh, while I'm at it, are all 4 through-bolts torqued to the same value? The inner bolts are slightly larger than the outers . . . .
