OD switch with ASB AW71 700

Hi!
I'm a Volvo 740 owner with B230F engine and ASB AW71 transmision from Poland.
I have a problem with OD relay No 1307793 - orange box. Sometimes it's not possible to shift gears from 3 to 4 (OD). I must touch relay - it help me. Can I change my relay with another relay, for example No 1398154 or 1363876?
