Aftermarket wheel on a 142- a small problem 140-160

Hi guys,
I have a Momo wheel I'd like to put on my '72 142, but the only listing Momo has for the 140 series is for 73 and 74. They also list 544 and 122 as the other hub they offer for vintage Volvos. My question is, will a 544/122 hub fit on a 72 142? I don't care if the column shroud needs to be modified or the turn signal won't cancel. I just need to know if the spline size/pattern was shared between the 122/544 and the pre-73 140's. If anyone knows this, I'd love to hear about it! Or, if someone has a 140 MOMO hub they'd be willing to sell me, I'll make it worth your while. Thanks!
