Rear valance and hitch 200 1993

I have a 93 240. I’m installing a Drawtite hitch and I need to take off the rear valance. I have the one that wraps around to the wheel wells. I found the 4 bolts that hold it to the back of the car and took them off. My question is are there anymore bolts holding it on.
