Third brake light/interior light for the 220s 120-130 1968

Hi all:
Here are some photos of a third brake light/interior light for Kombis/wagons/estates.

I can't get the images to post here so you will have to cut and paste to see the light assembly. The top photo is of the interior light that is switched with a Volvo "pull switch" like those used on the map light on the passenger side (Thanks agent Strangelove!) and it is pretty useful. It is attached to, and pivots with, the upper hatch so that it shines in the cargo area when closed, and illuminates the lowered tailgate and the spare tire well/storage area when raised. Could come in handy on a dark night if you had a flat or other trouble.
That was what I was really after, but as long as I had to make a housing to hold the interior light I decided to combine it with a "third" brake light using a red LED light marketed as a truck marker with 3 LEDs in it. These things use only a tiny bit of power and are pretty cheap ($8.99) too!The lower photo shows this from the outside looking thru the hatch glass.
My tail lights are OK as far as brightness goes, but I also think you need all the visibility you can get in the brake light department!
The hardest part of the whole project was running the wires from the center of the rear compartment down to the passenger side junction by the tail light as you have to get them to turn and go down the rear pillar between the last window and the rear opening for the hatch. I ended up using an old part of a speedo cable to do this, and pulled the wires with that.

Cheers!
OK
