try this idea 200 1986

i own a 86 245 estate and wanted a cup holder in the car that wouldn't break or fall apart, so i got onto ebay and bought a cup holder made out of solid wood that fit's perfectly over the emergency brake and sits there solidly and you can remove it when not needing it. i've had the cup holder for 1 year or so and it's worked the same as the first day. just my 2 cents,
