I believe while 240's were still in production a couple companies tried making body kits for them, that may be what you see in that picture.

You'll have a lot more luck asking on www.turbobricks.com. Do a search for "240 body kit".

And just for the record, I think doing that to a 240 is equivalent to taking a classic BMW motorcycle and slapping plastic on it so it looks like a Honda crotch-rocket.
