Volvo 740 No Start

The thing on the fedner wall is called the power stage or amplifier. I just got home and looked at my list.
I need to get her running by Saturday. I just realized I have to pick up chicken for our food bank on Saturday to the tune of about 800 pounds.

Any help would be great! If anyone lives nearby I would welcome help. I live in NW Arkansas.
