Adjusting Clock - 1991-745T instrument cluster 700

I pulled the above cluster at the yard last week. It looks like it will fit into my 940. There are some minor wiring differences, but I have the Green Book for my 940 and hope to figure it out.

The clock is a slight puzzle - there's no manual adjustment knob. What we have, are two wires going into a plug in the back of the clock housing, a Red and a Blue/Green. These do not power the clock - it gets power and ground through its mounts on the PC board. I've bench tested and it works fine.

I'm guessing the two wires are the means of adjusting the clock's hands, but does anyone know specifically how this is done? Is there some sort of module that these wires connect to that I should go back and find? Thanks.
