Hi all,

My 91 940se failed the state emissions test yesterday. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to check. I have recently (August) tuned it up and have replaced o2 and just about every sensor in the past 6 months. Could it be time for a new cat? Here is what I failed on just barely.

Low speed emission Results (15mph) RPM:1024

HC(PPM)
Standard=124
Current Reading= 128
Result=FAIL
