Hi my front strut on my drivers side creaks when fully depressed.I have tried silicone from the top as well as directly on to the piston and does not quite it down. My mechanic says the struts are still good, because they bounce back when depressed by hand with no extra bounceing very stable. I wonder if it is time for new ones or some other kind of remedy.
