Wire toner for $20 700

I just bought a wire toner from Harbor Freight Tools for $20! I work as a computer tech(no degree because it's not what I want to do with my life), and I was totally surprised to find one for so cheap.
I haven't tested it yet, but I think it might be awesome for finding shorts (and my car has no short-age of them... well, I thought it was funny).

Most other wiring toners I was able to find sold for 65-85 dollars minimum. This one also has a very long, flexible probe. The toner device will do tone, pulse, or just check continuity. The amp'ed probe has volume and a push-button on/off on it. They take 2x 9V batteries.
