Definitive answer...B20 Valves 140-160

Well, if you want to keep the downtime low, you'd want to use the b20F head. But, if you want to keep your downtime low when you get your head built up, you'll want to use the b20E head for now.

Basically, the late b20F(74/75) head has a better exhaust port design that permits better exhaust flow. That's the one to get "done" in the future.
