Volvo 740 No Start

I was going to ask about that. I had to retape quite a few wires. Mostly down by the headlights. They were bare.

Up by the manifold all is good. However along the fender wall where the Power stage/amplifier was replaced I cut away some sheathing when I saw some degradation and it was not a pretty sight.

I don't know if I have the skills to replace wiring. I'm good at bolting and unbolting that doesnt take much but is it pretty straightforward?
