164 FI Problems 140-160

I have a 73 164 with an I believe Fi problem. The #2 cyl has a constant miss.
Originally diagnosed as a bad distributor, the original was loose and not totally in sinc when it was firing. Changed distributor-nice one and tight.
Changed fuel injector, spark plug still dry and no fire. Could it be the ecu, or a wire that may be broke? Wiring going to the injector looks ok. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
John

PS changed plug wires around, all good. New dist. cap.
