New and different problems iding with the '94 940...Update!!

Well, I adjusted the idle screw on the throttle body and it idles better yesterday and also on my way to work this morning (14 degree F). All of a sudden this afternoon on the way home th idle jumped to 400o rpm and would not go down. Took it to a local shop and had the guy run the codes. Only thing he found was the coolant tempsensor was faulty (the one for the fuel onjection and Ignition. He didn't have the part of course, so I go it home as it was still idling at 4000 rpm. By the way, the mileage is 330K.

Before the problem originally started, I cleaned the throttle body and the ICM. At first the idling was tool ow and the car would die. I am lost at what to look for nest! Help please, any ideas welcome!

Any ideas?
