Basic rebuild to stop oil leaks - what else to concider 140-160 1973

I'm preparing to open up my B20B (with auto) mainly to convert the timing cover to neoprene seals. Is there a rear cover that I should also convert, and would I need to pull the engine for the rear cover? What else should I concider doing while in there? The car has done only 120 000km (75 000mi). It is a bit noisy, suspect I did the valve gaps too large in fear of valve seat retention problems developing. The car is not used at the moment, been in storage almost a year with a run every 1 to 2 months to keep things going. However I want to get any work done before end of May when Winter sets in (in this part of the world) and still need to import parts/gaskets.

Thanks for any advice.
