blinkers not blinking S90-V90

This has been covered before-and I have had the problem.It's most likely a bad turn signal bulb.The contacts on the dual-element bulb corrode or collapse together,shorting the parking light voltage to the turn signals.Check/replace your front turn signal bulbs-rears have separate bulbs for turn and park lamps.
