All you can do now is pull injector #2, leaving it hooked up, and crank the starter - pull the coil wire so the engine does not start up. If fuel is spraying and pulsing, it is not the injector.
If the injector is working, then pull the valve cover and inspect ALL of the valves. Check the gaps for #2, especially the exhaust side.
