Adding tension to rear wiper 700

Is there any way to adjust the tension of the rear wiper arm? Mine does not push down hard enough, so that the tip of the blade rides up off the glass at the middle of the stroke, leaving the top 3-4" of the window uncleared. The blade is new (Bosch) and the correct size.

I suppose I could just bend the arm, but I was hoping there was a better way.
