Faulty blinkers 900 1995

Hello,
when I start up my blinkers remain on all the time, not flashing, but on like the headlights. The right blinker indicator on the dash remains on constantly. When I indicate to go left, the left blinker light on the dash flashes as normal. When the engine is off the hazards work fine but not when the car is started.
Does anybody have an idea whats up. This just started today. The bulbs all look fine. Could it be the relay or maybe bad buld connection? This happened once about 6 months ago but went awa after restarting the car.
