Collision repair tool(s) what should I use 200 1990

My daughter had a small accident with my 240. Damage is small, but I need to know how to repair it. The two vertical bars which hold up the radiator are bent backwards a couple of inches. How do I pull them forward? I was thinking of hooking a chain to the bars and a large tree, with a come-a-long between the two chains.

Any other ideas would be appreciated.
