The Bulb Failure Warning Sytem (BFWS) relay reads only the low beam headlights. If your right side low beam is kaput but the high beam is OK, it's gotta be the BFWS relay.

Not a cheap dealer item, but there are other sources. Junk yard come first to mind, but that takes warm weather and dry ground, usually.

Check with the folks who advertise here, fcpgroton.com , e.g.
