Sean,
I thought about the AQ130 as a possible replacement for my car but there wasn't one around when I needed it. I haven't been able to find definitive information on the internet but from what I can determine the Penta engine is identical to the B20 except that it runs a C grind cam, uses Stromberg or Solex carbs, has a different pipe routing off of the oil trap, and has a water cooled "log" for an exhaust manifold. On the front of the crank where the pulley lives some applications have a seawater pump. The thermostat housing is different. I don't know if the flywheel is useable but I would guess not because it connects to a direct drive gear box.
I found this information on a marine message board:
AQ130A: Used with the 100 and 250 series drive, ran 9.5:1 compression ratio and used Stromberg carbs. Rated at 130 hp.
AQ130B: Same as above but ran 8.4:1 compression ratio. Rated at 115 hp.
AQ130C: Used with the 250 and 270 series drive, ran 9.5:1 compression ratio and used Solex 44PA1 carbs. Rated at 130 hp.
AQ130D: Used with the 280 series drive, ran 9.0:1 compression ratio and used Solex 44PA2 carbs. Rated at 130 hp.

If it's cheap enough, I'd get it.
