what type of brake booster is this? 120-130

can anyone id the brake booster that came with the parts car i have, along with the motor, front end swap i'll be switching to dual lines as well as the booster. is it one that came on a 122 to begin with? or either an 1800 or a 140? looks like the master cylinder is from something else from the pattern of the mounting bolts, although the boster bolt pattern is the same as my 122. i have been told it holds vacume and works fine, any guess as to what it is or if its a reliable one?
